The work performed by the technicians at Pro-Glass was excellent! The technicians arrived when they said they would and the work was performed professionally and with astonishing speed. Compared to most other contractors, Pro-Glass is a truly professional organization and I will recommend them to all of my friends and family.

Recently used Pro Glass to install a glass shower door in our guest bath. They did a great job! Very careful with measurements and positioning. It looks beautiful. Professional install crew. Joe stopped by to check on their work. I would recommend them for high-quality glass work, and I would use them again.

Having previously contacted two of this area’s most well known glass companies to provide frameless enclosures for my renovated showers; I was provided estimates that appeared to be abnormally high. Both these companies provided little explanation regarding their costs and expressed that I wouldn’t find any lower cost in this area. This wasn’t true as I discovered when I contacted Pro Glass Solutions. My initial meeting with Joe Pereira, Specialist in Frameless Custom Shower Enclosures & Mirrors and other Frameless Glass Concepts was professional and informative. Joe provided me a pamphlet regarding the frameless shower glass enclosures and explained glass types and design configurations. As he took finish measurements and level surface readings, Joe further explained the glass cutting process and what I should expect of the process of delivery and installation and how I would receive status updates by email and phone texts. Later that evening I was provided by email and phone text a detailed estimate with 3D design images and specifications of all materials to install my frameless shower enclosures including specified hardware finish. A few days before my scheduled installation I received a text message confirming the date and time. A day before my scheduled installation, I received a text message from Pro Glass Solutions regarding the following day installation with a photo of the installers. The installers arrived on time, introduced themselves wearing Coronavirus protective masks and went directly to work. After the installations, they explained operations, warranties and asked to answer any questions that I had. Subsequently they cleared and cleaned all areas of their work and thanked me for choosing Pro Glass Solutions. Based on my experience I would highly recommend Pro Glass Solutions Jacksonville Florida.

We could not be happier with our experience with Pro Glass. They made sure we had operable doors before our out of town company came. From the measurement to the install we were very happy with the service and product we received.

Needed Shower Glass for the custom tilework in my Master Bath. Joe came out and took measurements. His measurements were precise and accurate. The shower Glass enclosure looks great and their price was fair as another quote from a different company was about $400 more. I am very pleased with their work and excellent communications.
